Putting On Your Pack......
Getting your pack on your may sound easy enough, but it's not always a simple task.
If possible have someone help you get it on your back. If you you don't have someone to help you, face the back of your pack, grab the pack at the top with one hand (palm up) and the bottom with the other hand. Lift the pack up and swing it around behind you, letting go with the lower hand and extending the upper hand up over your head. As you swing the pack up and behind you slip your free arm into the shoulder strap, change hand positions and slip the other arm into the shoulder strap. With a little practice you will be able to do this in a smooth continuous motion.
After you get your pack on your back, shrug it up to the right position, and tighten up in this order:
Taking a pack off, reverse the order. Doing this helps with several things:
